By saying Alhamdulillah while offering thanks to the presence of Allah SWT, the
Guidebook for Writing Final Assignments for the Bachelor of Law Study Program,
Faculty of Law, Universitas Andalas is complete and can be used starting in the
2020/2021 Academic Year.
The writing of this guidebook is nothing more than a complement to the Decree of
the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Andalas Number: 862.A/VIII/D/Kpt-
2017 concerning Guidelines for Writing and Implementing Student Final Assignment
Exams (Thesis, Legal Case Studies and Legal Memorandums). Therefore, this book
is not the first guideline created within the Bachelor of Law Study Program at the
Faculty of Law, Universitas Andalas, but it complements the guidelines that have
been created previously.
With this book, it is hoped that it will be useful for students as a reference and guide
in preparing their Final Assignment. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this book
can be used by lecturers in providing guidance for preparing students' final
assignments.
This guidebook was written by the Team for Preparing the Final Assignment
Guidebook for the Bachelor of Law Study Program which was appointed by the
Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Andalas and involved almost the entire
academic community of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Andalas. For the hard work
and cooperation of the entire team, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas
Andalas expressed his sincere thanks. In addition, we realize that this book is still far
from perfect, therefore we hope for constructive input from various parties for future
improvements.
